Welcome. You can leave the mask at the door. You don't have to love every moment of motherhood to be a loving mother.
You love your baby.
You just don't always love being a mother.
Maybe you miss who you were.
Maybe you're carrying guilt, anxiety, resentment, or sadness you never expected.
Maybe everyone keeps telling you to enjoy this time while you wonder why it feels so hard.
Here, you don't have to pretend.
You deserve a place where you can be fully honest—without judgment, without shame, and without someone trying to fix you before they've truly understood you.
Most mothers wear a mask. Here, you don’t have to.
Meet Your Coach
Dr. Brittany Stalsburg, PBHCBrittany Stalsburg, PhD, PBHC is a mother of three who found her calling in maternal mental health after a 15-year career as a market researcher and trusted advisor to leading brands, nonprofits, and government agencies. Throughout her research career, Brittany developed a deep appreciation for the power of listening and creating spaces where people felt safe enough to share not only what they thought, but what they had never said out loud.
That same philosophy now guides her work with mothers. Brittany believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. She creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where women can speak honestly about the joys, struggles, fears, and complexities of motherhood without shame.
In addition to her PhD, Brittany is a certified PBHC (Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach) and has completed advanced training in perinatal mental health, including specialized coursework in topics such as relationship challenges and infertility. She is passionate about helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to motherhood while reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Brittany considers it a privilege to walk alongside mothers during one of life's most transformative seasons, offering support grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and genuine human connection.
Brittany believes that maternal mental health is not a niche issue—it's a societal one. Mothers are at the heart of families, and when they have the support to care for their own mental and emotional well-being, the benefits extend far beyond the individual. By helping mothers feel heard, held, and connected to themselves, Brittany hopes to contribute to stronger families, healthier children, and more compassionate communities.
Brittany lives in Guilford, Connecticut with her husband and three children.
